five-course progressive dinner, accompanied by Executive Chef Helminski¡˜s
wine-pairings.
The Taste of Amelia Progressive Dinner offers an opportunity for guests to
savor premiere samplings of the Omni Amelia Island Plantation¡˜s greatest
cuisine. From awakening the palate with a delectable choice of cheeses, freshly
baked bread and complementary wines at French market bistro MarchŽ Burette
to enjoying a mouth-watering main course of Red House Grouper at The
Verandah, the Omni Amelia Island Plantation offers an exclusive dinner tour
